Partial Payment Success¶
Situation¶
A payment execution enters a state where the system cannot clearly determine whether the action has completed successfully.
Why this is not a normal failure¶
Payment systems may process requests asynchronously. Missing or delayed signals do not reliably indicate non-execution.
Risk boundary¶
Continuing execution may introduce: - Duplicate charges - Conflicting transaction states - Improper responsibility transfer to automation
Judgment note¶
When execution outcomes are irreversible, lack of confirmation is not sufficient justification to continue.
